By accessing or using CodeDrop (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CodeDrop is a platform that enables app developers to distribute promotional codes through various campaign types including raffles, social media verification, beta testing, surveys, missions, and referral programs.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
You agree not to: submit fraudulent or invalid promo codes; create multiple accounts to circumvent claim limits; use automated tools to claim codes; distribute malicious content; impersonate other users or developers; or violate any applicable laws.
As a campaign creator, you represent that: you have the right to distribute the promo codes you upload; your app descriptions are accurate and not misleading; you will honor all distributed codes; and you comply with the terms of service of relevant app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store).
Each user is limited to one code per campaign. Codes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis (except for raffle campaigns). We are not responsible for codes that are invalid, expired, or rejected by app stores.
The Service operates on a credit system. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits. Paid plans provide additional or unlimited credits.
Refund Policy: All paid plans are one-time purchases for digital credits. Due to the immediately consumable nature of digital code distribution credits, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been applied to your account. However, if you have not distributed any codes and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will process a full refund. Refund requests should be directed to codedroplab@gmail.com with your account email and payment details. This policy is in accordance with the Korean Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률), which permits limited withdrawal rights for digital goods that have been used or consumed.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CodeDrop and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CodeDrop in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
